These are comfortable but I had expected them to have padding on the ball of my foot as a pair that I had seen in Target. I didn't buy those because they were all black. Will just have to keep looking for those Avia with padding on the ball of the foot.I purchased these socks several years ago somewhere else and loved them so much I scoured Amazon to find this brand and colors. They are extremely high quality, soft and comfy, nice saturated happy colors (I love neon pink) and they fit my 6.5 feet. I must say the quality is much better than similar products from Adidas or Nike. I don't have a single hole (yet!), which is great for the price I paid. I wear these socks with Salomon Speedcross model and the length is perfect, it doesn't show at all. I will definitely buy them again when the ones I own wear out.
